So I am starting a new challenge.  A 10 week challenge.  The idea is to add a new habit or stop an old habit.  One habit per week for 10 weeks.

So this weeks habit?  Track everything I eat.

How will I track it?  With my iPhone of course!  dietsnaps app and calorie counter app.

Other weekly goals?

Drink 64 ounces of water daily.

Exercise 3 times this week.

Add activity whenever possible!

Make the best food choices possible.
